Book a room directly on our website, and pay secure online.
Reservations via price request, receive a secure payment link to settle the requested amount online..
Bookings without advance payment where the full amount is requested:
- with amount less than 200€
- between 1 and 30 days before arrival date
For all other bookings we ask for a deposit: half of the amount to be paid within 7 days after reservation. Only then is the reservation final, you agree to our policy and you will receive our information brochure full of tips and information to plan your stay.
The rest of the amount (+ 350€ deposit when renting a holiday home) is paid 14 days before arrival date.
After your stay, the invoice will be drawn up and the guarantee (in case of renting the holiday home) will be refunded within a week after deduction of damage and drink consumption on site.
House rules
The B&B/holiday home is non-smoking.
No pets allowed.
Fireworks are prohibited.
Exuberant, noisy parties are prohibited.
Due to the risk of explosion, bicycle batteries must be charged in the bicycle shed between 07am and 10pm.
It is forbidden to charge electric cars. Public charging stations in the center of Zonnebeke near the church.
Do not make any noise outside after 10 pm.
Cancellation B&B
In case of cancellation, 10€ processing costs will be charged.
You can cancel up to 1 day before arrival, otherwise we can hold 100% of the amount.
Ordinary cancellation conditions holiday home
In case of cancellation, 10€ processing costs will be charged.
You can cancel up to 1 month before arrival date.
Cancellation between 1 month and 14 days before arrival date: 50% amount will be retained.
Cancel within 14 days before arrival date: 100% amount will be retained.
Cancellation policy Holiday house during Corona period: (valid during stay until 31/12/2022)
In case of cancellation, 10 € processing costs will be charged.
You can cancel up to 14 days before arrival date with a full refund of the amount already paid, after which the following conditions apply:
- Guests who have booked for a stay during mandatory closure will receive a full refund in the event of cancellation.
- Guests who have reserved for a stay outside the mandatory closure, and still wish to cancel, will receive a gift voucher worth the amount already deposited. This remains valid indefinitely.
- Cancellation due to COVID-19 is currently possible up to 24 hours before arrival date, subject to valid proof. They will receive a gift voucher worth the amount already deposited. This remains valid indefinitely.
